Return / Exchange & Refund Policy
At Vets On Tapp Limited customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on items that are unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items that are damaged or opened will not be accepted.
To request a return, exchange or refund, please email email@example.com with your order number, the product(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding your refund. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we receive your return, via the original payment method.
Please note that:
Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges (if any).
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
